I have received the following email from Fred VK3DAC. If you are interested, please let me know by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Good morning Ladies and Gentlemen
The WIA is planning an event to commemorate peace at the end of WWI. Attached is a preliminary plan.
The group receiving this email are those who participated in previous ANZAC events. This information is to allow you and your club to consider participating in this Armistice event.
The use of the special event callsigns is available to individuals, clubs and groups. The event timetable is for an operating period of 24 hours and the event will run for 9 days only ending on the 11/11/2018 at 11am UTC.
Should you wish to participate you are welcome to advise your intention via return email. There can be no guarantee of any of the 24 hour time slots however they will accommodated with preferences as best that can be arranged.
If the event is oversubscribed earlier dates may be included into the event.
