From the Minutes, November 2010 Committee meeting:

All clubs are to have a Child Safety Statement. AHARS will be addressing this issue.

Elections for committee positions at the AGM: nomination forms to be distributed.

AHARS is offering to help with the ALARA Meet in 2012.

ACMA is now looking into interference on the repeater.

Symposium was a great success by all accounts.

Strawberry Fair logistics planned
(Date is October 23. All AHARS members welcome to visit or contact our station, VK5BAR.)

VK100WIA roster determined including 000 GMT (1030 local) on Tuesday October 26th (individual stations); Wed 27th Blackwood Football oval; Thursday 28th individual members stations again .

Resistor purchase. 400Kg (!) of resistors are on the way. Plan to pack them on Sunday after arrival. This is for select packers only and packs will not be for sale on that day.

October meeting: Build night, directional coupler.(October 21).

Buy and Sell (Nov 7). Entry fee will be $5 for all with 2 included raffle tickets. Peter Wolfenden to give his talk on WIA History.

A new AHARS website ready to be put in service. ISP to be set up and an AHARS domain name to be registered.

Christmas dinner booking to be made. Mt Osmond Golf Club voted the best.
